  冷模钢一般以高碳为主,以满足高韧性和高耐磨性的需要。要提高模具的抗冲击性,必须提高韧性,可选用中碳钢,再用热模钢代替。在冷模钢中加入合金元素的主要目的是提高淬火和耐磨性。对于耐磨性要求高的磨具,加更多的渗碳体产生原素。冷作模具钢的使用性能如下:

  1)铸造工艺

  1) Forging technology

  煅烧不仅减少了模具材料的机械加工余量,而且节省了钢材,并优化了模具材料的内部缺点,如渗碳体分析,减少了有害残渣,改善了钢的部门状况。

  Forging not only reduces the machining allowance of die material and saves steel, but also improves the internal defects of die material, such as carbide segregation, reducing harmful impurities and improving the microstructure of steel.

  热锻变形体力低,塑性好,锻造温度范围广,锻造质量好,锻造裂纹、冷裂纹和网状碳化物的沉积趋势较小。

  In order to obtain good forging quality, the requirements of malleability are low hot forging deformation resistance, good plasticity, wide forging temperature range, small tendency of forging crack, cold crack and network carbide precipitation.

  2)钻削工艺

  加工后损坏小,磨具表面光滑。冷模钢的关键是过分析钢和莱氏体钢。大多数切割和加工都很困难。为了获得更好的切割和加工,必须进行正确的热处理。可选择表面质量要求高的磨具S、Ca模具钢等元素易于切割。

  The wear is small and the die surface is smooth after machining. Cold working die steel mainly belongs to hypereutectoid steel and ledeburite steel, most of which are difficult to be machined. In order to obtain good machinability, proper heat treatment is needed. Free cutting die steel containing s, Ca and other elements can be selected for dies with high surface quality requirements.

  3)热处理方法

  热处理方法主要包括淬火、淬火、耐淬火、超温敏感、氧化渗碳、淬火变形、干裂等。
