冷作模具钢的应具备哪些特性?

  要点一:成型方法

  Key point 1: forming method

  可选择两种基本材料类型:

  You can choose from two basic material types:

  1.在模铸、煅烧和挤压过程中,热处理工具钢,能承受较高的温度。

  1. Hot working tool steel, which can withstand the relatively high temperature of die casting, forging and extrusion.

  要点三:磨具使用次数:

  Key point 3: mold usage times

  1.短期内用软钢磨具,其强度为160mdash;2 50 hrc。

  2.中长期磨具采用预硬钢,强度为30145hrc。
